The Guides provide personalised care. I wanted to see Cats and David, our Guide made that happen. The resort management catered for my dietary requirements and were able to provide accommodation close to each other for our group. Good directions. From start to end, everything was organised professionally and to a very high standard.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at Cheetah Ridge in Nambiti Nature Reserve! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and adventure. A special thanks to our guide, Ryan, who made our experience truly enjoyable. Not only did he guide us on safari drives with great wildlife sightings, but he also took us fishing, which added a fun and unique element to our stay! We also thoroughly enjoyed the local drink, the Nambiti Special, which was the perfect complement to the beautiful sunsets and tranquil surroundings. Cheetah Ridge is a place we will always remember, and we can’t wait to return one day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon during 1 week. It was absolutely perfect. The honeymoon suite is breathtaking and the view… stunning! A special mention to our game drive guide, Vusi, which was totally amazing. Also, we really appreciated Sam at the bar, which knows exactly what you want. We were extremely happy with the food, ambience and especially the staff! Our ranger Siya is very professional and knows a lot about the surroundings and animals. We always felt safe and were just overall happy with our stay at the Umzolozolo Lodge.

The Lodge overlooks a waterhole, so we saw a lot of animals coming to drink during our visit A herd of elephants came and drank from the swimming pool which was a mindblowing experience , especially for our US guest. Although we were very close to the animals we felt safe in the lodge as the staff accompanied us to and from our rooms. The rooms were wonderful, comfortable and had decks overlooking the water hole. The game drives were truly memorable , the game ranger , JP , gave us some wonderful game experiences as well as a lot of interesting facts . The staff at the lodge were great , friendly, attentive and excellent service . The food was outstanding !

Lions Valley Lodge is situated within the Nambiti Private Game Reserve, home to the Big Five as well as antelope and an abundant birdlife. The lodge features an infinity pool and free WiFi.

The Lions Valley Lodge is nothing less than fantastic! You get so well-accomodated here and in personal and friendly way it is i real treat. And the Nambiti Game Reserve has everything you can expect in terms of wildlife viewing and, very important, a great variation of habitats (savannah, bushveld, gorges, rivers, waterfall, ponds, and waterholes) you never get bored during the safari tours, which include 2x3 hours per day, one starting at sunrise (05.00 am) and the other in late afternoon. The guides know everything about the animals behaviour and will keep you safe in all instances - wildlife is at your doorstep meaning no free and unsupervised walks are allowed! The lodge staff offers great service and the food (full pension is mandatory) is delicious, you cannot ask for more.
