Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. There is a garden and direct access to Serrano River. Views of the mountains are featured. Robert was an excellent host, who also included me to hang out with some of his friends and family that were visiting him at the lodge. He arranged all my activities for me and was very flexible. Also the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. It was more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel.

Each bungalow has a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and private bathroom with hairdryer and towels. Cleaning services can be arranged. The Cabin is so cozy, chic and very well furnished. It has all the amenities needed like heater and small kitchenette. It feels like home. The owner Nicole is so friendly and kind, he helped me with all my requests. The location is perfect, around all the cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

I was supposed to stay only one day, but ended up booking 4 extra nights. Staff was simply THE BEST. Both the front desk and the guides are super nice people, and helpful as well. The kitchen staff was also so nice and welcoming. Rahul, Guillermo, Flor, Armando, Pancho, Pilar, everyone was just the best people I could ask for! Such awesome human beings and great employees as well. Food was awesome, to be in the park is just magical. I recommend this place for everyone, especially after a long hike in the park. Can't take this place out of my mind. Looking forward to coming back!

Local national park 2 mins drive with stunning hikes available, amazing land scapes, we will be back soon!

Our room was perfect for four people with four individual twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great.

The owner & staff were very helpful organizing transfers to & from Puerto Williams, bicycles & kayaking, whale watching and glacier visits, laundry services etc. Dinners were well prepared and of good quality. Really nice cocktail bar. Perfect place to slow down and enjoy the nature.

Cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Everything. One of the best hotels we stayed. Amazing view, tranquility, elegant setting, privacy, excellent staff... We want to go back just to stay at the hotel!!!
