Komang was attentive throughout our stay and demonstrated remarkable flexibility with all our requests. Her commitment to her work was evident and greatly appreciated. I rate her a 10/10 for everything. It was a pleasure to experience such dedicated and outstanding service.

I went with the Balinese sweet breakfast. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Ina was so kind, warm, and welcoming, and the other two staff with her during my stay were also helpful. As soon as I arrived, they knew exactly who I was and helped me with my luggage. Every detail was explained to me thoroughly, and they took their time to make sure I was informed and comfortable. The room included amenities like drinking water, an electric water heater, coffee, tea, mosquito/bug repellent. The outdoor shower was a dream. The view from my room was also like out of a photo album. I had a wonderful time in the lovely pool. It felt absolutely peaceful and private, in the middle of nature. One thing I especially liked was their detailed description booklet which explained how the property aims to be in harmony with the environment, sustainable, and have minimal environmental impact. Within walking distance were places to eat, rice terrace, and areas to jog. It was truly a wonderful and perfect stay for my 24 hours there.

At first, I was intimidated by the location and the access, but once I got there, I understood how everything worked and loved it. The hotel is away from the chaos but easy and close enough to get there. It's all surrounded by nature. The staff is just perfect. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, and everything is very clean and quiet for perfect relaxation. The breakfast is also amazing.

On top of that, we had the chance to meet the owners’ family, who were there for a few weeks. They are people who don’t cheat, extremely kind, and they treated us to a truly memorable evening in their company. They shared with us the full story behind their home and we had a deeply human conversation, rich with thousands of topics. I hope their children will remember, just as we will, that wonderfully spicy Chwazi 🌶️. My partner and I will never forget this experience, so powerful and intense it was. A thousand thanks to them ❤️
