If i can give 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i stay for 6 nights with my husband & kids. Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

They also provided convenient transportation to and from the station, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hakuba.

The hosts are kind and thoughtful and gave us very good advice for dinner locally and for our next destination. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.

Lovely place to stay on a quiet street in Hakuba a short walk to restaurants and shuttle for skiing. Owners are wonderful people. Extremely helpful and friendly. The private onsen is nice after a day on the slopes.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. We honestly had the best stay here. A beautiful spot, lovely accommodation, you can walk to the lifts and very friendly hosts. As an aside, our 3 year old had an accident at an indoor playground nearby and Toshi and his wife went above and beyond to look after us and get us medical care for her and let us stay an extra night to make sure she was okay.
