We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. The entire team at Emboo is united by true hospitality, care for nature, and love for what they do. We’re already home, but our hearts are still with you at Emboo. A children's playground can be found at the lodge, along with a shared lounge. Well decorated, well maintained, elegant lodge close to the park entrance. Highly recommended.

Accommodation ranges with a variety of tents. There is a main restaurant, bar and many bush dining options. The free form swimming pool has its own pool bar and the property has their own fleet of safari vehicles and guides. We stayed in a club tent, and we loved that it was set away from the main accommodation, so it was a bit more quiet and secluded. Our room was beautiful with large bathroom facilities and allowed plenty of space to relax. We also had access to the Olchani Lounge, which overlooked the lake. The food was exceptional, and the staff were terrific. Everyone was attentive, and having stayed for 4 nights, the lounge staff knew my partner would be looking to enjoy a beer post afternoon safari each day. To celebrate a special occasion, my partner was also surprised with a cake on our final night, which was lovely. We would highly recommend Sarova and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Mara River Camp is located on the North West boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve overlooking the Mara River. It features a swimming pool and garden.

Each tent features a patio with a view of the Mara River. It comes with a seating area and the private bathroom includes a shower. The staff at the camp are great and very responsive to any need of your including food drinks and medication when we needed it! The Manager Eziekel, Aliche at the head office were outstanding in helping us make multiple changes to our Itinerary! The food was top class Indian and continental cuisine, the tents were comfortable with a hot pressure shower in the mornings and evenings an invaluable luxury in the bush!
