An impressive Lodge nestled in the coffee fields of Arusha. Not only offering lovely cabins with luxurious bedding and bathrooms, but also a nice pool to dip in after a long day of safari - or work in my case. A big plus is their community work: Shanga workshop employing disabled and deaf people from around Arusha area is located on the grounds. And a zuri café called "kahawa" (Swahili for coffee;). You then totally realize you are in Africa when the breakfast has to be watched over by game keeper - because of the monkey families living on the premises. Definitively a stay to come back to!

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The pool was a great sport to relax after a week and a half on safari. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The food was fantastic and the staff (Noyle) made sure we had amazing food for breakfast and dinner.

The staff were kind catered for all my needs and were incredibly outgoing also when i went to Zanzibar they hooked me up with the crest hotel where i was greated by a taxi driver in which they organised and my stay at tge crest qas incredible. The manager Gabriel ensured my stay was 10 out of 10 . Also id like to thank Mary at Kerama Silent Lodge for organising everything.

The hotel is not in the city center, but that's actually a plus because it's very peaceful here. You can relax or work remotely if needed. Getting to the center is easy by minibus, taxi, or tuk-tuk. And the food here is absolutely delicious! 🥰 Breakfast always includes fresh fruits and crepes, but you can also request lunch or dinner, and you'll get wonderful, freshly prepared meals. A special thank you to Barack, who helped us with absolutely everything and made us feel at home.
