The pool was amazing and so was the room. The only problem was we have no hot water to shower for the 1st day and a half. This was very disappointing considering the cost. We asked someone to fix it on the Friday but no one did until Saturday afternoon. Breakfast was lovely but it is not possible to get your breakfast to the room unless you pay for it in full. The highlight was the desert safari, that was incredible!

From the moment I stepped in, the hospitality and reception were top-notch. The customer service was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Mr. Zee, whose warm and friendly demeanor truly stood out. His excellent attitude as a receptionist made all the difference, and I felt well taken care of. The resort itself is like a paradise in the desert. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the service was impeccable. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this resort to others! The restaurant was absolutely amazing, a solid 10 out of 10! They offered a variety of delicious Indian dishes, mouth-watering chicken masala, and tasty Chinese cuisine. Breakfast was a treat as well. Everything was absolutely amazing!

A great stay up in the mountains in RAK! The containers were so cool and really modern and comfortable inside. We did a morning hike with a guide which was great! Make sure to bring your own coal and food for the bbq. There’s also a fridge inside so you can take as much as you like! Beautiful sunset here!

It was an amazing short trip, but it truly felt like more than just a weekend — it was a few days of real rest and relaxation. The resort has a huge territory with many swimming pools, a private beach, plenty of activities, a spa, a lovely evening show, and delicious food. All the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to detail. I was celebrating my birthday and received a complimentary room upgrade and such thoughtful decorations.
