Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

This was our second year in a row at the Alpenstern. The hotel has a superb location right at the piste and an all day long sunny terrace. Everything was perfect! Delicious food for breakfast and dinner, very (very) nice staff members. The room was big, clean and with very nice views. The spa bigger and nicer than expected. And we had a great massage. We will definitely go back and we recommend it 100%!
