Staff very friendly. Room is so spacious. Nothing too much trouble. The wellness spa is over more floors than I can count it is better than anything I have ever experienced. I had a treatment daily and all were so highly experienced that the treatments were amazing

The room is spacious, but storage for clothes is limited, as the closets are mostly occupied by hotel amenities such as blankets, an ironing board, and a minibar. This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! Special thanks to Patricia at reception and the entire team of all the ladies and gentlement for everything they did to make this trip a memorable one! We will come back!!!
