The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the wellness area was perfect after a long day. The kids loved the swimming pool and the snooker table — such a fun atmosphere! Special thanks to Ronald, the manager, who welcomed us warmly when we arrived late in the evening and even prepared delicious omelets for us in the morning. His kindness made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for families!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional amenities and services provided. The indoor pool was a delightful escape, allowing for a relaxing swim regardless of the weather outside. We liked this hotel so much, the food was various and tasty, especially the fuits. Spa and wellness was excellent, clean, big, almost no one there it was like a private spa. Nice view from the room, perfect skishoes room, beautifuly traditionally decorated interior. We had a bag for spa with hotel shoes, bathrobes, towels, etc. We also obtained a gift in the end of our stay. Very friendly hotel.

The staff was very friendly and always with a good attitude. They helped us to check in and settle quite fast and provided all information and support. They were very attentive to our needs. The view is another best thing there: both from the rooms and from the dinning area. SPA area is made in the way that there would be enough privacy for all the guests.

This Hotel was like a winter wonderland it's warm and friendly staff are welcoming and approachable. The scenery is stunning to say the least. On arrival to the hotel our room was presented with lots of little goodies such as a platter of bakery treats with large bottle of mineral water. We then had a complementary lunch with soup and cake with hot beverage of choice. These little touches really made our stay memorable. My visit was one of sadness in a sense was with my best friend who is very ill and I just wanted a memory that we could share I think I will book again in new year it was the perfect place to relax or ski and explore. For just a while we was able to forget about our troubles and just be in a little paradise. I would recommend anyone who loves natures beauty to visit this spectacular hotel. I will be returning there when I next have a chance.
