Our experience was amazing! It was wonderful to be greeted by the owners and taken care of by the staff. The location is superb, the rooms are modern and well-equipped. The view is just stunning, overlooking the mountains and the village. It was a nice bonus to take a cable care ride for free and enjoy the views from above. The spa offered a great variety and a relaxing jacuzzi. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious with great service.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and couldn't understand why its rating on Booking.com is only 8.4. The hotel met or exceeded our expectations on all fronts: Location 10 Room 10 Facilities 10 Bar area 10 (nice and cozy) Reception staff 10 (I noticed several negative reviews in Booking.com, not justified in my view) Food 10: the hamburger was the best I have ever tasted (seriously. and I am a hamburger person), and the fillet mignon was fantastic Breakfast: excellent choice, great omelettes Spa 10 (Massage therapist (Marta) 10, amazing massage) Staff 10 With amazing views to the Eiger from our room it was a wonderful overall experience. We have stayed at several hotels in Grindelwald in the past. This is the first one we want to come back to, and expect to do so twice a year.

The Jungfrau Lodge is a fantastic choice for us especially looking for a spacious and home-like atmosphere. Its proximity to the center makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the spectacular view of Mount Eiger is simply breathtaking. It truly feels like a perfect retreat! The staff is helpful and suggest ways to explore Grindelwald. Our family is having a really good time here. I will choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The hole itself was absolutely amazing, new technology and a very classy and user friendly design and layout. The views were sensational, there was no noise in the complex and the location was perfect. We decided to come a day earlier and the property managers were wonderful in making this possible. Property has a very good view , is beautifully designed and quality of material is really good (since I am an interior designer myself , I am very particular about these things) it was slightly priced on the higher side but it was worth it . Very spacious and thoughtfully designed . We made some really good memories there . Definitely plan to come back. Staff is very good and helpful specially Meloni at the office , she s a gem of a person .

I was satisfied because the location was close to the train station and all aspects of the apartment perfect. In particular, the view of the terrace was more beautiful than any other accommodation and it was healing just by looking at it. I would like to visit again next time.
