The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. The territory is spectacular! The gardens and lands are kept in immaculate condition. Their kitchen garden fills the air with wonderful aromas of herbs and lavender. The views from the terrace and balconies are breathtaking. We loved the attention and enthusiasm of every member of personnel. Our special appreciation goes to Javier from the Terra restaurant, The food in all the restaurants in the hotel is of the highest quality and taste! We’re looking forward to coming back soon because it’s been one of the best hotel experiences in our life! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the service is top notch, the breakfast buffet is abundant and versatile!

Location is perfect - close to the train station and a quick walk from old town. The neighbourhood is lovely as its a pedestrian street with several restaurants and coffee shops. I even used it to go for a quick run the mornings ! Their terrace is small and cozy! Their staff is so so friendly and made sure all my queries were taken care of. I was staying alone and it was my first time in Palma but I felt safe and comfortable here for a whole week!

Fantastic! Both the scenery and the hotel rooms and public areas are just amazing, far exceeding expectations. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the outdoor swimming pool and the sea view! The view from the rooftop swimming pool is even better, with a wide-open view. The coastal walkway is very clean and there is a kind of plant with a sweet fragrance. The air is very good. There are a wide variety of breakfast options and the quality is excellent! We had lunch and dinner at the hotel's poolside restaurant. The view of the sea here is just amazing! It's much more beautiful than many popular scenic restaurants. The ingredients are all very fresh. It's just superb!

Great location with the beach just a couple hundred metres away. A supermarket was close by and lots of restaurants around the area. The facilities were very clean and we loved that it was serviced each day. The receptionist staff were very helpful in organising taxis for us to Palma and the airport. The pool was awesome, with lots of sun beds which meant that all guests were able to use a sun bed.

    Absolutely everything . Staff, Food , Bedroom etc etc everything was 5 star and I don’t normally give 5 stars. Can’t wait to get back here again , I normally stay at another hotel near this one and it’s not in the same league as Tomir
