The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

The location was excellent, on an island, away from the busyness, right by the backwaters The bed and pillows were so comfy and feather like. The view from the room was spectacular facing the waters. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a beautiful bath tub. I loved the breakfast with authentic Kerala food as well as great choice of European food. The club lounge was useful - fantastic choice of finger food ( a bit low on vegetarian options) and alcohol beverages. The check in was so quick even though I arrived at 9am. Everything was really superb.

An absolutely stunning boutique hotel at the core of the best touristic attraction of Kochi. All the good restaurant are at walking distance and with a rickshaw booked with Uber (so no surprise in pricing) everything must see is reachable. The hotel itself is a true living museum to the glorious portuguese past. The personnel is kind, helping, courteous and full of goos advices. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience as a solo woman traveler. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and welcomed, which is essential for anyone traveling alone. The service at this resort is impeccable. The staff, including the boatman who greeted me upon arrival, were genuinely hospitable and attentive. The reception team made check-in effortless, and their warm smiles made me feel right at home. I also want to extend my gratitude to the accounting staff, who went above and beyond to assist me with my saree when I needed help. Their kindness and readiness to assist made all the difference. I also appreciated the janitorial staff, who maintained the premises impeccably and were always approachable if I had any questions or needed anything. Their attention to cleanliness and detail added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The food at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was outstanding! The chefs provided a delightful array of options, and I was pleasantly surprised by how frequently the staff would call my room to check if I needed to order dinner. This level of attention and care is truly commendable. Overall, my stay at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was an enriching experience. The combination of excellent service, safety, and delicious food made my trip memorable. Oh my gooodness, where do I begin. From their beautfiul oasis of a property with every facility you could need my sister and I had an amazing staycation at the Taj Malabar. We were only there for one night, but the staff made us feel so very welcome - and I mean every single staff member we encoutered! We had fabulous food with a made-on-request item at breakfast from Chef Sunil, great service at the restaurant from Alex and Dinesh, Latheef gave us amazing information about their garden and plants, Jasmine gave us a warm welcome and a great boat tour. There was an out of this world floral arrangement at the entrance and we were given an extensive overview of how that beauty comes together. We really enjoyed our stay overall but the staff made it extra special. The room in and of itself had a great view (501) and was impeccably decorated, with a smart TV. Super comfy bed and sheets - as with all hotels in the Taj family.

Wonderful stay: - the whole hotel was squeaky clean to western standards (which is rare!) - beautiful design with high quality furnishing - comfortable mattress - very good breakfast (and they are flexible with it too, according to your breakfast) - great service (help in booking tickets, transfer to my next travel location etc)
