Best administrator ever! Super polite, smiling, professional. Check in experience was quick and pleasant. Room was clean, they offer complimentary water like 3 liters, which is perfect for us. Location is good. Pool was very clean. Staff is helpful and polite.

We stayed at the Residency towers in Coimbatore The staff helped us with places to see and also provided help on how we could get to our next destination. And also helped us with suggesting getting an Indian phone number... As that makes booking trains etc. A lot easier. Big thanks to Prabu and Bridget at the front desk.. for all the help.
