Great location of the hotel, right around the corner is bus no. 25, which goes to the center, so moving around the city is very easy. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Large rooms, modernly furnished, cleaned every day. Breakfast very plentiful, tasty, dining room clean and large. Parking at the hotel very large and free. Great that we chose this hotel, because I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.

Perfect location! Once your car is parked, you should forget about it! It is more than you expect. The setup will make you categorise it as a guest house but the care and attention to detail is of a well-run 3 star hotel calibre. The windows isolate the street noise very well, bathroom is spacious and functional, cleanliness is excellent, beds are comfortable and the breakfast voucher for a neighbour cafe gives you all you need. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and no fuss people.

We had a fantastic experience staying in this 1 BHK apartment in Bologna. The host was truly excellent—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything necessary for a comfortable, self-catered stay. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing trip, yet very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city and beyond.
