It was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. I would like to give most of my credits to the staff: the whole customer journey from booking to the good bye was perfect. Literally every single person was nice to us. Greetings to Giada and Olga from reception, Ellia (not sure about spelling) from the bar, and ladies from breakfast service. The room was very nice, clean and big enough. The whole area is created for relaxing vacations. Furthermore, the food and wines - another big reason to come to the villa

Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. They helped store our luggage after check out. Breakfast was amazing, they had pancakes! It really is something for everyone. The location is very good, right next to the central station.

Very clean, very comfortable, great breakfast, rooms are spacious enough. Bathroom and toilet are newly designed. Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is perfect. If we go to Florence again, we would definitely prefer it. If the weather is good, I recommend having breakfast in the garden.
