We couldn't have chosen a better place from where to explore Naples and its surroundings. The room was immaculate and re-made to perfection everyday. Breakfast was a great experience, with (among other things and to our particular delight) Neapolitan baked goods and delicious coffee in abundance. Maria was always fussing over her guests and making sure your plate was never empty, all the while answering your questions and making great suggestions for restaurants or sights to visit. It was the perfect place to come back to every night, an oasis of peace and comfort after a long day of sightseeing. The service was highly professional and flawless. Maria was constantly trying to do her best, going to great lengths to accommodate you and anticipate your needs. And when you thought she had already done a lot, she surprised you with some unexpected attention. The suite was both impeccable and cozy, so it felt like we were at home and in a five-star hotel at the same time. Wonderful experience. We would love to go back one day.
