I loved this hotel! From my entry to exit everything was perfect - we had a lovely, warm welcome by 2 young lads! The rooms was large and spacious with free water and plenty of coffee. The location was wonderful - walking distance to the river Po and also to some great sites. It felt very safe and though in the centre it was very quiet. The metro was about 15mins walk so not bad. Taxi to airport is €40 ish. Breakfast was delicious! And the breakfast room is are beautifully decorated with little cute touches - take a look at the wall lamps 😊

Very spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, 15 minutes from historical center. Communication overall was very good although the forms needed for tourists are unnecessarily complicated and we had to fudge some answers to get approval. We appreciated the effort to allow us access earlier than specified check-in time. Quiet location surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants (we would recommend La Ferramenta Del Gusto Emiliano - fabulous dinner). Appreciated the coffee capsules and bottle of water in the fridge. Although we didn't cook there the kitchen seemed to be fully kitted out. Spacious store/dressing area off the bedroom. Nice balcony with table and chairs for evening aperitif.

Indeed excellent option for groups and families (we travelled with toddlers) - having for each bedroom a separate bathroom and then the living room as shared space was perfect for us. Quiet building, easy access. Everything new in the apartment and we had all that we needed.

I had a pleasant staying at this apartment for several reasons, from easily parking my rental car just on the street in front of the entrance door (super easy unloading process of my luggages) to receiving easy-to-follow instructions for a smooth check-in, the cleanliness of the property, the perfectly functioning heating system and WiFi access, and the kindness and flexibility Domenico has been giving me along the whole stay. The neighborhood is very convenient for the number of grocery stores all within 3 to 8 mins walking distance, including a great bottled, unbottled and bulk wine shop where you can find great clean local wines at great prices.
