Location is great, next to the Torino Porta Nuova. Apartment is really newly renovated and You can feel in every step. Comfortable bed, TV, kitchen place, bathroom- everything is great. It's very clean, quiet place. And it had really good heating, so I was feeling very comfortable and not freezing.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was a great size and clean. Our butler Marco was excellent. He was so helpful and didn’t let us lift a finger. We also had access to the wellness room with the sauna and steam room which was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was also great! Would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was very spacious. The air conditioning was excellent, especially given it was hot weather and above 30 degrees every day. The location was excellent, very close to main areas. The apartment building is lovely. The host was outstanding, very communicative. I booked the same day as arrival and was still able to get early check in and a late check out (which I think was possible due to not being booked either side.) Any queries were answered promptly.

    This was my second stay. The hotel location is very central. The rooms are comfortable and clean. With the only exception of a female waitress at breakfast, the staff was friendly and well trained, especially the male staff serving at the tables. Please keep in mind the hotel category is 5 stars and not 5 stars + luxury. This means the hotel standards are very good but they don’t provide any services or attention typical of luxury hotels. This is not a negative pointer, just something to be aware of if you are used to 5L hotels.
