The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

The view was phenomenal. The food was perfection. It isn't a traditional ryokan stay, but it had a unique charm to it. Would recommend.

Service was extremely thoughtful! The server who checked us in escorted us to our room, and even tidied our shoes! At keiseki dinner and breakfast, as a family with kids, the service was very polished, and the server really could anticipate our needs and acted proactively, to the point of surprising us! The meals were elaborate and of extremely high quality. Both the public onsen and the private in-room onsen were excellent. And of course, the view of Mount Fuji was super impressive! All Fufu hotels are designed with maximum customer privacy in mind. While the hotel is not right next to the coast of Lake Kawaguchiko but is instead "hidden" in a valley, the feeling of being inside a forest yet with Mount Fuji still highly visible, the picture is really surprisingly next level! A perfect, perfect stay overall!

Nestled on Lake Yamanaka, Mt Fuji View and Private Sauna Ryokan Shizuku is located in Yamanakako. This hotel offers hot spring baths, a sauna and a garden. Free WiFi access is available.

It’s a beautiful modern layout with big glass windows allowing you to see both Mt Fuji and lake Yamanaka. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and they give you everything you need, we got the room with Mt Fuji view and a private sauna, it was just perfection. Not to mention the staff are so kind and professional. The public onsen is amazing and also feature an ice bath. I would 100% recommend this place if you were to come here.

Location was a bit far from town but host had been excellent in corresponding in some issues.

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 2.9 km from Lake Kawaguchi, Hananoyado Yumefuji features each room with a private garden with a terrace. Kawaguchiko Station is just a 5-minute walk away from the villa.

Absolutely perfect. It's just five minutes walking from the train station. The house is big (even for European standards) with bedroom, living room and a huge bathroom. The bathtub is a good addition, very easy to use and very confortable. Even though there are no direct line of sight to Mount Fuji from the courtyard, they have a common area, outside, with great view of Mount Fuji.
