Absolutely love this place! We are visiting Astana the 1st time. We travel from Canada.That was the best stay ever! Beyond our expectations! The staff, the room, the facilities were outstanding! We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom . We loved the view over snowy Astana. Dinner at Salter's was unforgettable and breakfast at Emilya's unbelievable. We will definitly come back, need to try the SPA!

High-end hotel in Astana. Friendly English-speaking personnel. Excellent rooms, Olympic size swimming pool, great hamam and sauna, 24 hours fitness room. TV with CNN and BBC programs+ a number of programs in the different languages- italian, french, arabic, turkish, kazakh, russian...Phantastic location in the middle of the town. Shower and bath, high quality sleeping arrangements. And yes- Nescafe coffee-machine with 4-5 different types of coffee and unlimited amount of Turan water bottles. A great view from a room of great size. Will stay again.

The apartment is large, with modern renovation, bright, super clean, everything is new, with all the necessities for residence. Shampoo, shower gel, towels, slippers, hair dryer, etc. are available. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, kitchen facilities, kettle, dishes, etc. are also available. The location is super convenient, mega central. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. The mattress is very comfortable. The noise isolation is excellent. The apartment is very quiet. The host is very friendly, nice. Grateful for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay at the apartment and a great time in the capital. Next time I will definitely choose only this apartment. Highly recommended.

This is a real luxury hotel, from A to Z. From the moment you arrive at the lobby, you realize that is a paradise. The entire stuff , all the people are perfect ready to satisfy your request. Everybody speak english and take care of the guest. Breakfast Is massive and fresh products. Room Is very spacious, with powerfull shower and separate toilet room. Lots of amenities comes free in the bath as well. Top restaurant with High class service , beautiful view on the 23 floor over the city. Location Is right in the middle of the main attractions. Cant be Better hotel in Astana!!!
