I had a wonderful stay at Kuki Villa! The room was clean, spacious, and cozy — exactly what I was hoping for. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view; waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean each morning was pure bliss. The pool faces directly out to the sea, making it a perfect spot for relaxing or reading a book with the waves in the background. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and very competent — they made everything feel effortless and truly enhanced the overall experience. The whole place has a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it hard to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting.

The perfect place to spend your vacation! If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to go. You are given an entire bungalow with a separate kitchen and lounge area. You will be the only guest at Channe's and all the host's attention will be on you. Lovely non repetitive breakfasts that will be cooked for you by your host, we were delighted! Channe, very hospitable, will always offer tea or any other help. You can also hire a bike from him for a good price and get a shuttle to the airport. The bungalow was very clean and bug free. Great bed with a good mattress. Will greatly miss our conversations at breakfast) Will definitely come back here again!!!!

Great location, spacious, private, garden and everyone loved the pool. Special mention for Ishan & Eranda for taking care of us. So friendly and helpful. Great with the kids and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their cooking and the food was exceptional. Really enjoyed our meals and breakfast by the pool.

The service was excellent. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended quickly to all our needs. The independent surfing instructors were great too! We loved our room as well particularly the balcony. The location is amazing, just a few steps from a smooth sandy beach with the perfect waves for all levels of surfers. The water is shallow for a long way in without any rocks which makes it ideal for families with younger kids.

Absolute 5-star experience at Amara Villas! Manager Duminda is a standout host - so welcoming and took care of everything we needed with a smile. The whole staff was fantastic, always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The food was incredible - we ended up eating at the hotel more than we planned because everything was so delicious! Our kids practically lived in the pool, and the beach is just a quick walk away. Such a perfect spot for families. Spacious, clean rooms and the most helpful team you could ask for. Big thanks to Duminda and crew for making our stay unforgettable!
