Everything was perfect, we arrived it was raining the owner was expecting us with umbrellas and helped us down stairs , the room was big enough and comfy beds, the view from the room was amazingggg , the family owning the business is very welcoming and generous. Loved the place and everything. Considering it’s in the forest water pressure for shower was low that’s all.

This place looks like a train station. But there is no sound in the rooms. Ella is not a big city, but it is very easy to get there by car as the hotels are usually located on top of the hill. And the view is very good, fresh air. Staff are very nice and professional, I really had a good night's sleep and relaxed after a long journey.

The chalet was one of the best accomodation throughout my trip in Sri Lanka. The chalet was made entirely of wood, which brought a very cozy, relaxing environment to wind down. Attached with a verandah, it was a suitable place to unwind facing a river. The cleanliness was top notch, and our host Sithum was very welcoming - even with freshly made welcome juice late at night! P/S: The room had a bluetooth spekaer which was a first encounter for me :)
