Beautiful place, quiet. New. Very comfy bed. Water pressure in a shower was good. Big balcony. Kettle and hair dryer stuff provided on request, it was not in the room. It was slightly cold outside, but room was warm

The location is really good for the hike and the room is very comfortable. It is a nice place to rest during the day if you need it. They can also prepare you a nice little lunch box for your hike - especially since the non-sweet food on the street is all spicy. I got sick during our stay there and needed to go to the hospital in Kandy early in the morning. Since we had to still settle some payments we had to wake the staff who were very friendly about it. The parents were on their way to Colombo so they drove us to a town on the way where we only had a little less than an hour by direct bus to Kandy.

We had a wonderful stay! The house felt especially cozy in the rain, with beautifully decorated rooms and stunning views. Saman was an excellent manager—thank you to Thisur, Prasanna, and Supun for taking such good care of us. The kitchen team was fantastic (don’t miss the tea cake!).
