The staff was exceptional. They picked me up at the the airport and took me directly to the hotel. I was happily welcomed offered local tea and snacks. The staff gave me a cell phone to navigate the streets and if there were any issues to call them directly... they offered the best sight seeing locations and the tour location pick up site only approximate 5 minute safe walk.. They catered to me making an exceptional breakfast prior to my departure every day regardless of the time… the rooms were comfortable and quiet… It was very relaxing… on the last day they took care of everything and returned back to the airport…. I would gladly stay at their hotel again. Henry

The Road was incredible, very authentic, beautifully designed and clean. The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious, selection of pancakes and bread, with the option of omlette/eggs- we stuck to pancakes as they were so good. Markets were just a few mins away- top 5mins to the Secret Garden. In general everything was close by, nice restaurants a short walk away. Trip to Ourika was organised for us at short notice, which we enjoyed immensely. We also had hammam and massage at the Riad- complete bliss! Thank you very much for making our stay memorable. We didn’t want to leave and would love to be back one day.

Abdou is a national treasure, he helped us with everything. Brought us breakfast, ordered us dinner, answered all of our questions and gave us valuable tips for the region. The apartment itself is amazing in a secluded resort with their own security guards, safe parking and a lovely roof terrance. It is 10 minutes away from Marrakech city center but far enough so you hear nothing of the traffic. The resort has pools you can use and everyone was super nice. It is a quiet oasis in the chaos that is Marrakech.
