The staff were amazing from the cleaning staff to the receptionists and waiters. Very professional and willing to help with any requests. Resort itself was very clean and has many facilities from shops to pools and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic and had so many options and cuisines. Well worth any added price. We didn't even want to leave the resort but the beach was only a few steps outside the pool area and there were buses to Georgetown to make things even better. Our server Charles at the bar and grill restaurant was also excellent and the food was very delicious. Definitely a holiday to remember.

It's a great location! I had the best experience here with my family. With my family, I had the most wonderful experience here. When we arrived, the staff greeted us politely and with amazing smiles. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I spent several hours on the beach. There was plenty to do. I loved this place and would recommend it to everyone.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Penang Marriott hotel. The service provided by Ivan and the team was exceptional. Everybody was attentive and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay even more special. The location of the hotel perfect, away from the hustle of George Town.     Breakfast can make you full and skip lunch. Kids love the pool. Having a 1-night stay might not get you enough to enjoy a lot of excitement in the hotel. The Hotel staff is superb and outstanding. Enjoy my 2023 and 2024 New Year celebrations and it was amazing.

    Definitely a luxury gateway for perfect holiday. The property itself offers so many things to spend many days inside. Large areas of Private Beach. Nature Friendly. Huge Swimming pools. Restrooms facilities everywhere. Free Lounge for VIP guests. Water / sports activities within the hotel. Location is good. Everything is nearby in walking distance. The Room Service guy Named (Monir) was amazing.

    I stayed at the Rasa Wing deluxe room. The privileges that the hotel offer was spectacular! From the afternoon tea to the evening cocktail, was superb. One of the staff had offered us free 1 adults for the dinner buffet, thank you so much! For the room, i had nothing to complaint, it was very spacious, clean, comfortable!
