I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. Very warm welcome, the room is clean, and bartenders Himal and Anchal offer great service and explained us the maintain overview. Meanwhile the view in the balcony is astonishing as well the restaurant, serves really good food.

A very beautiful hotel with a Tuscan feel to it. The breakfast buffet caters for many diets and tastes. The spa treatments are top notch with very well trained staff. I stayed there a couple of times and the comfort of the mattresses varied from cushioned to firm. It's a good place for families, with lots of children playing in the swimming pool. The staff were lovely and friendly (special mention to Hari).

Very beautiful quiet place, we absolutely loved staying here. Completely in nature with a beautiful river below the hotel and a jungle behind it. It was one of our favorite places that we have stayed at. They do provide a free shuttle to lakeside and the restaurant is good.
