Everything! A self-contained apartment with everything I needed! I would recommend this lodge for extended stays. I was visiting Hamilton for a WasteMINZ Conference, so this lodge was perfect because it was fully furnished for my needs. Cooking, lounging around, and even the complimentary items were a breeze and very much appreciated.

The location was perfect for us, with very close access to the river path along which we enjoyed walks morning & evening. Access was easy with the codes provided. The property was very comfortable & we also enjoyed the outdoor deck for breakfast & evening beverages. I was initially worried that I'd be cold in the bathroom with the open plan shower, but I wasnt at all. The fan & heating worked well in the bathroom, water pressure was great & the floor tiles seemed to be non-slip. It is an exquisite bathroom & we also enjoyed the heated towel rail. We appreciated being able to park our car securely inside the gates of the property instead of on the road. This property is very well equipped with heating and lighting including a variety of sensor lights. We also appreciated being able to use a washer & dryer. We plan to stay again next time we visit Hamilton.

The cottage was lovely and the photos dont do it justice. Very well renovated, close to town and very close to a park for our daughter. Just a lovely place to stay
