Perfectly located just a few steps away from Abreeza mall. The wifi connection was fast. Kitchen facilities were complete, and there was free drinking water. The beds were comfortable and the place was nicely decorated. The lobby was nice and the floor was quiet. The contact person was very responsive. Parking was available on site (although I had to coordinate directly with the guards for this; it was about PHP 400 per day)

At first sight the hotel seems like a very nice place with the luxuries you would expect from a 5 star hotel and supposedly the "best hotel in town". Pool was nice, staff was polite and helpful and rooms were very big and with lots of amenities. It seems there are often some VIPs staying in the hotel, so security is more tight with several checkpoints and sometimes lots of police and even military was present. However, there was a lack of attention to several details, see negative comments.
