We stayed in the apartment lodge in the garden. It was gorgeous, the thought that has gone into the little details in the surrounding gardens and decor is impeccable. The furnishings are luxurious and the host is fantastic. He gave us details of where we could get gorgeous local food to cook in their outdoor kitchen which is also fabulous. The only thing we regret is not staying a second night. Ideal for a couple.

A beautiful serene setting, well appointed rooms with full kitchens and lovely outdoor terrace. Very happy with the free electric bikes and the kind receptionist setting up the barbeque for us ( though we couldn't work it out in the end). The staff were very accommodating and the location and gardens really gorgeous.

The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, towels soft and the room was spotless. Customer service was excellent. The staff were lovely. The grounds were beautiful with views of the Alps. The hotel is also close to town and the 1920’s furnishings are beautifully done. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. It was the best I have had in a very long time. It was superb!

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Hotel Bohinj is situated 100 metres from Bohinj Lake. It offers rooms with mountain view and few rooms on the top floor with lake view.

What an amazing stay! This hotel is definitely of our favorites. The decor and design of the hotel is truly unique - paying tribute to the first explorers to climb a nearby mountain. My wife and I loved everything about this place. The service (our waiter for supper was outstanding and friendly), the rooms, the decor, the location, the food, the local gin - everything. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience. We will be back.

The entire apartment is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is very well outfitted with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and table for four. Bonus selection of oil and balsamic vinegar, instant coffee, different dried herbs. Living room has two couches plus very comfortable chair. There is a balcony with nice view of the hills. We enjoyed sitting here when we had a sunny afternoon. Hostess is charming and very accommodating. She prepared some lovely items we weren’t expecting. The location is convenient to walk to the large market for groceries and wine - although you might need a car if you are buying a lot. Also walking distance to Napoleons Bridge which is everything we hoped for.

The appartment was incredibly spacious, perfectly clean and the view from the huge windows was fantastic. There is no staff present but I was able to reach them instantly by messaging when it was necessary. They were very friendly and an early check in was possible. The kitchen was well equipped, probably better than mine at home. There was even a pan especially for pancakes and a blender. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom which were incredibly soft.

Immaculate, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed. Not in the middle of a town but 10 min drive away from a large supermarket, close to all the places to visit, large BBQ area facing the mountain, perfect for a family of 4. Nick was wonderful host, even took care of getting payment for our parking ticket sorted and had Easter bunny chocolates and napkins...nice touch!
