We had 2 very comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds, excellent airconditioner. Free mineral water every day. There was a playroom sutible for all ages including aduils and we loved spending time there. The staff was very kind. we used the free bicycles and umbrellas. We did not use the swimming pool but it was beutiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hoel location was fantastic, only a few minutes' walk to Chiang Mai Gate Market where excellent food is available. The building and garden itself is quite beautiful and superbly decorated with a particular colonial charm. The pool and surround is lovely too. Our room was superb - clean, comfortable, well decorated, great amenities and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom and shower were equally good. Breakfast is included and it is seriously like going to a fancy restaurant, and of great quality. You chose what you want the night before from a varied set menu and they bring it out to your table. Overall, an excellent hotel.
