The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. The staff, especially Ibrahim who made sure all our needs were met especially during breakfast time and went out of his way during our stay. Also giving us a later check out enabled us to reach the airport fresh and stress free. The views are exquisite and each room is tastefully decorated in an individual way with attention to small details. Loved everything about this place! Thank you so much!
