It features a restaurant, a spa area, and free WiFi access. Room was big and comfortable. Ski depot is modern with heated warmers for boots. Saunas are clean and good. The staff is very helpful and kind. They speak Croatian and it was helpful since I can speak Croatian quite good. I enjoyed all that hotel has to offer. Breakfast is excellent. Garage is also available.

All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.

Every time the cleaning lady came she would put the toy in a different pose as if it is also having fun in the room. My daughter loved it

The Nassfeld Ski Area is 15 km away. Everything was excellent. The apartment is very warm and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is ski storage and a sauna is included. The ski bus in front of the house and there is always inaf place for all. I highly recommend this place.

Tamara very hospitable and welcoming. She was very helpful in connecting me with nearby relatives who I have not seen in 47 years. The owner, too, was extremely approachable and kind. Wish we could have stayed longer than two nights.
