The building is beautiful, and our room was wonderful, large, very comfortable, with black-out curtains, and facing into a quiet courtyard filled with plants. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped us to organise activities and trips. We participated in a cooking demonstration which was fantastic - and breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious. Thank you!

Room Service Food in the afternoon was excellent. Outdoor areas are well decorated with Greenery. Must try Boat rides starting from the resort to have a beautiful view of Back Waters. Wifi was good. Overall stay was very good.

The location was great, too--in the middle of the French quarters, and close to, but not too close to the beach, which was pretty noisy during the Christmas Eve celebrations. A great experience, overall.

If we requested things like more water, reservations, etc., the staff was very prompt and helpful. The spa facilities and pool are relaxing and affordable, the breakfast and restaurants are tasty with lots of variety. There was a live concert in the bar on Saturday night and the music was great. The game room was also fun, we played pool and golf and had a very nice time.

The staff were exceptionally responsive -- from Anil who checked us in to Daia and Senthil and Karuna who served us dinner, and everyone else we encountered. The decor was minimalist, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the location was convenient for walking around. We had a couple of meals at the hotel, both of which were outstanding -- the moringa soup and the poached egg with bacon powder are must-haves.
