A special mention to their wonderful caretaker, Qasim, who was so kind and accommodating — he generously provided us with coffee, creamers, and sugar whenever we asked. The kitchen was well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and cutlery, which made it very convenient for us. We especially loved the decorative touches and the overall vibe of the space. If I could rate it out of 10, I’d happily give it a 100! 🥰 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The quality of the service here is impressive.
