The building itself is located in a village close to Lake Bled (an easy bike, slightly longer walk) that is quiet and beautiful. The facility is new and meticulously clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and generous, clearly made with care and love by the family that runs House Troha. We used the sauna and it was a delight on a snowy January night.

Directly opposite the property were some stables which my daughters loved and it was lovely to have an outdoor space to enjoy the beauty of the area. The hosts were friendly, warm and welcoming, the accommodation had everything you could need including a washing machine - this suited us well as we had been travelling around Slovenia. It also has a drawer full of games and colouring books for children. There were also some beautiful books on Slovenia for adults. We felt the accommodation was perfect for a family - there were some lovely touches like fruit teabags, wine and filter coffee for the filter coffee machine.
