Marriott Hotels in Albany

Staff, rooms , breakfast were awesome. Exactly what I expect from Marriott. This is why I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member and a Chairman Level Marriott Vacation Club Owner.

I had dropped my daughter off at camp in NY (from LA) and needed a decent, clean, comfortable room by the Albany airport and the Courtyard Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to find, plenty of parking and a quick check in. This location seemed like it was a more new version and had a very clean feel to it. There was even a little Bistro inside the hotel that you could get dinner and drinks at. The room was a decent size and pretty clean. The bed was surprisingly super comfortable.

Arrived and checked in. Room given had not been cleaned. Second room we were given was also not cleaned. Finally a third room was found that had been cleaned. Very disappointed in Marriott.
