Perfect location, very welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable bed and clean rooms. The room was a bit dark, and the view could have been better, but I still enjoyed it. On departure, staff even offered a luggage scale as we were unsure of our luggage weight after last minute shopping.

The reception staff was super helpful! They provided us with all the information we needed. The location was very good and had a subway/bus station right around the corner or in front. We had a wheelchair user with us and the room was very accessible and had stools in the washroom with a hand shower. Would definitely recommend this property!

This hotel was so perfect for our trip to New York. The room was a great size and we had the most incredible view of the Empire State Building and a gorgeous New York street. The staff were so friendly and really welcoming every day. The room was cleaned so nicely every day. The extras like the rooftop bar, the daily tours on offer, and even the candy shop in the cafe were such lovely touches and made the hotel feel very special. The bed was so comfy.
