Very clean, better than most of five star hotels. There’s a full kitchen in the room, very helpful if you are traveling with family. There is even a sofa bed that your kids can sleep in. Laundry is also convenient.

People who worked at the hotel were all very nice. The pool was fun. The gym facilities were very much appreciated. The atmosphere was festive, and the facilities supported that feeling.

Quiet location close to a large supermarket and several restaurants. Not too far from the Zoo and Universal. Didn't use the gym, pool or Bistro so unable to comment further.
