The complimentary water shuttle, running every 30 minutes, was incredibly convenient and reliable, making the journey to and from the main city both smooth and scenic. One of the first things that struck us was the beauty of the grounds. The resort is surrounded by lush gardens and beautifully landscaped paths filled with vibrant flowers — it truly felt like a private paradise in full bloom. The staff were outstanding: warm, professional, and always eager to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident in every interaction. Our room was impressively spacious — far beyond what we expected in Venice. It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and flooded with natural light. The modern design combined with high-end amenities made it a joy to return to after a day out.
