I accidentally missed my plane and the staff helped me make the most of my extra time.

Take in the view of Cancun's white sand beaches and the Caribbean's sparkling water from the room's private balcony. The staff is extremely courteous. The downside was the extra charge for breakfast. I booked through Booking, and it stated that breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay an additional approximately $400 per day for breakfast and full board, which came with many limitations.
