The motel staff was very nice. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was typically sized and was very clean and comfortable. They had a lot of amenities not normally associated with a motel room, such as a fridge, toaster and microwave. I would stay again for sure and I would definitely recommend.

Overall a great property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped provide a fan when AC was found not working. Rooms are good and worthy for the price. Property is also close by to all key attractions. Best catch is shopping complex just at the back (walkable) from property.

Great location, with pub/bistro 200m away. Clean rooms of reasonable size along with pretty good value. I like the rooms have a fridge with freezer compartment. Theses also a microwave. With the 2 beds it was all our family needed.

The host was lovely, gave us an upgraded room on the ground floor that was available when she saw the heavy luggage we had, printed and shared great local information which we took advantage of- highly recommend you try Latitude 30 while you are in Coffs Harbour ! The food and view are both spectacular Room was large, clean and well equipped Great stay here
