We loved everything of our stay here! The staff was very nice and helpful. He suggested us some places to go for dinner, he told us everything we had to know about the city and he gave us some complimentary milk . They even had menus of the main restaurants there to look at! Room was spacious and the in room kitchen was very well furnished. Coffee, tea and sugar are complimentary. We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer! Perfect spot, 5 minutes walking away from pier and restaurants. Supermarket is right in front of the lodge.

The view! Very spacious & comfortable room & bed. The check-in was so easy and the woman was lovely & helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Very spacious and comfortable room within easy walking distance of the train station and ferry. I got a very warm welcome with lots of recommendations for where to eat and a full tour of how everything worked in the room.

Spotless, well appointed rooms & kitchen. Off the road, but in the center of town and adjacent to a town trail. A small grocery was across the street when we wanted to cook in. Their sweet tempered dog (quiet and always fenced in away from the rooms) was eager for belly rubs and a game of toss when we approached him.

With free unlimited WiFi and free BBQ facilities, Beachside Sunnyvale Motel is situated in peaceful Waikawa Bay. It is less than 2 minutes’ walk from the water and jetty.
