I connected with the staff and they upgraded me to one with full kitchen. The motel is top botched!! Staff is always so helpful with the best housekeeping service that I had in my entire 12 days NZD trip. The furniture and fixture is all so new and well setup. Whole motel Unit is so spacious and clean! The location is very convenient to restaurants and supermarket. An underrated motel, everything is perfect. It’s a motel with hotel service. Will totally recommend this motel.

Wake up to stunning views of the Kaikoura Mountains and the sea at Panorama Motel. Our units are all ensuite and smoke-free. Every unit opens out onto either a patio area with outdoor seating or onto its own private balcony, to allow our guests to enjoy the panoramic views. We had a huge delay and arrived late. Annie at the reception left for us the unit open and prepared, and explained by mail very clearly how to find it, where to park etc. Parking was just in front of the door. The room had big windows with great views of the sea, and there was a sitting area outside, although it was too cold and windy to use it.

The room was very comfortable and had extraordinary views towards the mountains. The bed vas large and very comfortable and the bathroom was large and nice. The staff was friendly and service minded making our stay safe and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable -- all you could want for a night's rest. The host was exceedingly warm and friendly. Resonably priced. We truly enjoyed our stay here.
