It offers stunning panoramic views across Poverty Bay, with Young Nick's Head and Kaiti Hill standing in the distance. Our apartment backed directly onto the grassed area that led to the beach. Our toddler could play and we could sit and relax just outside the room close to our food and drink.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. The property offers a range of accommodation types, all with access to unlimited free WiFi. How close it was to everything. It was so modern and like a home away from home.

Ocean Beach is located less than 10 minutes’ drive from a number of Gisborne wineries. The Zephyr Cafe is across the road from the motel. The Tairawhiti Museum is a 9-minute drive away. Our host, Caro, was super nice and gave us a great room and restaurant recommendations. Room was large and comfy. The terrace at the back of the room was a nice surprise.

Set in a private garden, Tudor Park Motel Spacious with kitchens 1 minute walk to restaurant and shopping centre and Gisborne Hospital offers self-contained accommodation with free WiFi. Located away from the main road, opposite the Gisborne hospital. Had a great stay. We were upgraded to a bedroom suite and the king bed was sooo comfy as were the twin beds in the bedroom. The bathroom was roomy and room was large with a table, chairs and sofa. The hot tub and pool were clean. We would have like to stay longer in the morning but had to drive to our tour. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Staff were friendly and allowed us parking with a trailer in their large parking area. Clean and quiet room. Restaurant next door looks good but didn't try. Definitely reccomend BKs to anyone staying in Gisborne.

The outside appearance as we drove in was immaculate and the inside was the same. we have stayed in a few motels in gisborne and this was the best. will certainly stay there again
