From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the polite and professional staff, who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Joni, whose hospitality and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. Joni was incredibly attentive, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. They always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. It was awesome experience. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave me many tips what to do in Tirana as well as other parts of Albania. Location is bit off the centre but busses arrive every 15 minutes or so and stop just in front of the house. In 30 minutes they can take you directly to the city centre. It is in the 5th floor and you have a beautiful view from the balcony (even the sunset). Parking space is provided in a garage. Breakfast was really tasty, large as well. I would recommend it and come back. Thank you!

The location was fine if you are looking for a good night sleep but it's a little bit far from the city center. The room was huge and really fancy. The sofa and table were very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free covered private parking. The breakfast was nice.

perfect spot with great views of the city, away from the business and noise. great to relax after a day of wandering around town.
