Location located 5 minutes from the center (downhill, uphill depends on age and physical condition). The owners were very kind and managed to clean the apartment to accommodate us at the time we arrived. Public parking costs 4 euros/day and is not included in the apartment price. From the balcony the view of Karlovy Vary is extraordinary.

the whole hotel is wonderful. it’s beautifully decorated, the staff was amazing and so so helpful. breakfast buffet was great with great selection. the spa access is a must! highly recommend going for some treatments - lots of options to choose from. rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean. the sauna village is great! we loved everything about it.

We enjoyed the spacious American living room where we all could gather together and have a good time. The huge window overlooking the forest gave a perfect green touch with the cactus shelves in front. Rooms were also light and spacious with lots of cupboards to pack stuff away. It was really comfortable to have two toilets. Otherwise the apartment is really fully equipped if you want to cook. I loved that the apartment lies at the forest, so one can easily leave for nice walks. The city center was 15-20 minutes walk, but it's worth to stay at a bit quieter area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations – it is comfortable and features well-developed and extensive spa facilities. The staff were very helpful. Although from the outside it looks like a Soviet-era building, the quality of maintenance and the level of comfort are up to modern standards. I can’t comment on the reasonableness of the prices during peak season, as we stayed during the off-peak period (March), but at that time, it was definitely worth the price.
