The attention to detail to the decor of this resort was exceptional. The staff, the food, and the beautiful was beyond beautiful in Autumn.

The view from the window was excellent and it was very convenient to have an onsen bath connected to the hotel. The convenience store was also convenient and I liked the breakfast buffet a lot.

Really lovely staff, amazing hospitality. Our flight arrived late and we had difficulty getting a cab, and they went out of their way to help us. Beautiful property.

Beautiful lakeside location, limited number of rooms make it feel very exclusive! Private outdoor onsens were amazing!! Had some of the best meals of our lives in Azzuro Italian restaurant on the property as well! Chef is a culinary genius! Come hungry! Staff headed by Okamura San were top notch, friendly and helpful… Will make it a point to come back in the future!!
