It was clean and staff were really friendly and accomodating.
There is a toilet but no shower in the rooms, I believe it’s just an Onsen you can access but unfortunately they don’t let you use it if you have tattoos.

The onsen facility was great.
The restaurant inside provided food without meat and pork , it was great and also cheap when you take it to room.
