The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

Very pleasant hotel with all the basic necessities and more. The onsen was quite nice and I enjoyed the little freebies (popsicles/ice cream in the evening) They also offer free ramen as a late-night snack at the restaurant which was a nice surprise. The staff graciously lent us some umbrellas as it was pouring outside. Price was okay

-Convenient paid parking 1000 yen per day, you can take your car out as often as you wish. -While rooms are not modern, they are big, clean and spacious. Ours had an excellent view of Sakurajima. -Staffs speak English and are extremely helpful - they helped us with all our luggages. -Excellent onsen with lovely views of Sakurajima.

Great location near shopping arcade and streetcar access to the rest of the city. Nice to have soaking tub onsite. Great breakfast, with regional cuisine and different choices each of the three days we were there. Onsite gift shop was a bonus.

Amazing service from Hotel Kyocera. Hotel bed is very good quality. Very comfortable hotel. Not too far from restaurants, JR line. Is a good hotel to stay at if you want to be close to Kagoshima airport.
